| Andre CAPPON | ||

Andre Cappon is president
and founding partner of the CBM Group, Inc. He has over twenty five years'
experience as a consultant to financial services companies. Prior to founding the CBM Group, he was a senior partner of Oliver, Wyman & Co., a Vice-President and shareholder of Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Inc., a manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He began his career as an analyst for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Mr. Cappon graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and from Columbia University, with an M.S. in Operations Research. He is fluent in English, French, Romanian, Portuguese and Spanish. |

Guy Manuel is managing director and
founding partner of the CBM Group, Inc. He has over fifteen years of experience
as a consultant and investment banker. Prior to founding the CBM Group, he was a mergers and acquisitions specialist at the Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) and a manager with Oliver Wyman & Co. Mr. Manuel graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he received a Ph.D. in Mathematics and the Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English, French and has a working knowledge of German and Portuguese. |

Stephan Mignot is managing director
at the CBM Group, Inc. Prior to joining the CBM Group in 2000, he was a Credit Risk analyst at U.S. leading credit insurance company Euler Hermes American Credit Indemnity (Allianz Group). Mr. Mignot received his M.B.A. in Finance from the City University of New York, Baruch College (Zicklin School of Business). He is also a graduate from the Université Paris IX Dauphine in Paris, France. He is fluent in English and French. |

Aida Chinloy is director at The CBM Group, Inc. Prior to joining the CBM Group in 2008, she was a Vice
President in the Public Infrastructure Group of Goldman Sachs, a Principal
of Crae International, an international finance consulting firm, and a
Managing Director in the Public Finance Division of Merrill Lynch. She
started her career as a junior accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Ms. Chinloy received her M.B.A. from the Columbia Graduate School of Business and her B.A. in Economics from the University of the Philippines. She received her C.P.A. license from the State of New York. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.

| Christian SCHAACK | ||

Christian Schaack is senior advisor at The CBM Group, Inc. Prior to joining the CBM Group in 2011, he spent twenty years in banking. He was a member of the Management Board of BGL BNP Paribas and Chief Risk Officer at BNP Paribas for Luxembourg, a Managing Director and member of the Management Board at Fortis Bank, and General Manager of Banque Générale du Luxembourg (BGL). Earlier in his career Christian was a consultant in Urban Operations Research. In the late 1980's he was Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, where he taught managerial economics. Then he joined Mc Kinsey & Co as a consultant in Brussels. He is a Director of SES (Société Européenne des Satellites), Internaxx Bank (online broker, TD Bank group), Intesa SanPaolo Holding International, and a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee of BIP, a Luxembourg investment company. Mr. Schaack received a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MIT) and an Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. He
is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish. He has a working
knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Dutch. |
