Founded in 1992, the CBM Group is a general  management consulting firm specialized in the financial services industry. Our goal is to help leading financial institutions create and sustain the competitive advantages necessary to thrive in the global marketplace.

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Prior to founding the CBM Group, he was a senior partner of Oliver, Wyman & Co., a Vice-President and shareholder of Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Inc., a manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He began his career as an analyst for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

Mr. Cappon graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and from Columbia University, with an M.S. in Operations Research. He is fluent in English, French, Romanian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Prior to founding the CBM Group, he was a mergers and acquisitions specialist at the Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) and a manager with Oliver Wyman & Co.

Mr. Manuel graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he received a Ph.D. in Mathematics and the Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English, French and has a working knowledge of German and Portuguese.

Prior to joining the CBM Group in 2000, he was a Credit Risk analyst at U.S. leading credit insurance company Euler Hermes American Credit Indemnity (Allianz Group).

Mr. Mignot received his M.B.A. in Finance from the City University of New York, Baruch College (Zicklin School of Business). He is also a graduate from the Université Paris IX Dauphine in Paris, France. He is fluent in English and French.
